Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Travel Hockey

Tryout Fees are non-refundable. For the regular season, if a player withdraws from the program before midnight on the last day of the month in July, August, September or later then that player will still be responsible for a portion or all of the total tuition. The tuition responsibilities are as follows: July – 25% of total tuition August – 50% of total tuition September – 100% of total tuition

Mite Instructional League

If a player withdraws from the program before midnight on the last day of the month in July, August, September or later then that player will still be responsible for a portion or all of the total tuition. The tuition responsibilities are as follows: July – 25% of total tuition August – 50% of total tuition September – 100% of total tuition The program's Treasurer and President must be notified by email or in writing of any player departure. If a special circumstance arises where a family feels they do not need to be subject to these rules then they must submit an appeal to the Board of Directors for review. Balances will be carried from year to year and a player will not be allowed back into TAJM until all payments are satisfied.

Learn to Skate / Learn to Play

All sales are final.

Midget Hockey

The initial registration is at no cost. Once a team offer is accepted, it is non-refundable.
